This power pact smoothie contains the superfoods maca and chia seeds along with manuka honey
Ingredients
1 heaped teaspoon of Kiva Organic Maca Powder
1 tablespoon Kiva Organic Chia Seeds
200gms mango
1 Ripe Banana
150ml Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon WildCape Manuka Honey
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into the blender, except Kiva Organic Chia Seeds, you can also use frozen mango if you like your smoothie thick.
Finely grate ginger into it.
Blend it into a thick delicious smoothie, keep it lumpy if you like it that way.
Pour and top it with chia seeds.
