Menopause as you may experience
Every woman has her own unique experience of transition during menopause. Her symptoms may or may not be severe and may differ, however, severe symptoms are recorded in women who experience a sudden onset of menopause over a shorter period.
The most common signs and symptoms of Menopause are:

Many a times, women may not know that symptoms they experience are related to menopause, or if they should seek counselling and treatment options that can help alleviate discomfort. Our society is yet not open to the dialogue around menopause and hence they may feel embarrassed to speak about experiences and ask for support.
But it is important to remember menopause is not a disease. It is a process we go through. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
